Happy New Year All. Office is using a Mitel 5000 (version 3). Been having a strange issue where a call would come in, usually after hours to the general voice box, and that call would repeat itself over and over every couple of minutes. For example, if i called into that office after hours and I hang up, the voice mail would continue to log my number and time every 2 minutes until the vm fills up. The VM playback would say the caller id and time but no message similar to if someone called and hung up without leaving a message. Not too sure if this related to the CO or the VM itself. Anybody ever encounter this? Thanks All!!

Sounds like you have a disconnect supervision issue, I'll bet they're not "real" POTS lines.

You can try adjusting the hybrid balance on the trunks. There's an outside chance it will solve the problem. Viking sells a device to provide disconnect supervision that sometimes works.
I'll bet that the CRA times out to the general mailbox. Change it so the caller needs to press a digit to leave a message, and make time out to hang up. Won't solve the disconnect problem, but it will drop the call instead of generating phantom messages.

Something very similar will happen if a mailbox is set to notify itself.

I have seen a similar thing where an analogue trunk into the system was forwarded out to a DDI on the system by the customer. The result was the call never seemed to hang properly and generated messages throughout the night.
