Just like the title says, operator is transferring using vmt key and dialing a mailbox number, but caller gets "enter password" prompt instead of mailbox greeting. This is a known issue with a fix, I just cant remember exactly how to fix it. You enter a line into one of the system menu blocks, something like #??? goto ???. Anyone remember this? I can't seem to find my notes on this.

Check in mmc 751 that the extension has a mailbox, not just an extension.

Ooops, just checked my post and noticed I forgot to say this is an intermittent problem, maybe happens 2-3 times a day, and with any extension, not just one. All extensions/mailboxes are there.

Well, after doing some searching, found it on the known issue list for January 2010.
On page 2 of forward trunk and forward station routing menus, add the line #??? trans ???. Only works for 3 digit extensions.
