I'm Connecting an IP phone to a 7030 and the internal calls are working ok but when you dial 701 (which is an isdn line) you dont get a dial tone and you just get an error tone back after dialing.? any ideas

what does it say on the Screen that is the give away.
Possible "unavail CBT " buy default the IP phones used to have a Class of Service 30 which barred all call
