Does anyone here have experience doing short range (less than 3000') deployments using Ubiquiti products?
If not Ubiquiti, what brand would you suggest for a 3000' backhaul and then about 6 PTPs that range from 500-2000'?
Everything will have clean LOS and minimal changes in elevation.

I've used NanoStation M5 units to setup a couple of PtMP and PtP links. Works great. And the PtMP has some trees. The worst station is still pulling a -70 to -75 with leaves & 90Mbit (I only needed 3-5Mbit for basic internet access in this application).

A PtP with M5 will be about a half mile once it is installed, clear line-of-sight over a highway. The other is a M5 on the main side with two M5 Locos on the other end of it. 500' on one link and probably 1000' on the other, near line-of-sight. The 1000' one is hovering around 70-75dB SNR, not great, but works. If I tweak the main antenna, I could get that number higher if the client desires. I could also swap that Loco with a regular M5 for added 3dB receive strength that the M5 has over the Loco (better antenna).
