Hi all. I have a problem to connect to my KX-NCP500 through RS232 or LAN with the Mainteinance Control application: it returns EA04101 error with the RS232 and EA04301 error with the LAN connection. Any suggestion? Thank you in advance.

The laptop has a static ip in the same class of the PBX (I hope, because I've got no connection yet since I bought it; laptop ip is 192.168.0.3 and the manual say standard PBX IP is 192.168.0.1). I'm using a usb-RS232 adapter and a null modem cable 9pin - 9pin that works ok with all the rest of devices in the company. Any suggestion?
