I have an Amanda VM4 system, with a panasonic phone system. We want it to answer the phones after hours and at lunch. Is there a way to make this happen? I'm very green with phone systems, so if it's something the phone tech will have to configure then I don't mind calling him. But if it's just something inside the VM system that I need to turn on and off I can handle that. Can anyone give any advise on this matter? Thanks!

You need to call in a Panasonic tech to program the phone system.
