Per Samsung tech support when trying to turn up Link, they had me put an entry in 5.13.9 DM Whitelist. I thought nay, but the tech support person said, aye. Now, I'm locked out. Anyone know how to undo this? Is there a corresponding MMC that I can go to and back it out? Didn't there used to be somewhere on Device Manager that would tell you what the corresponding MMC was and visa versa? There is no mmc for dm whitelist. You have to either get in that range or default the system.
You need to put an Ip in ip phone whitelist and/or cti-server ip address
