The premier esp has extended software, stn b, and a ring generator.
We can not get the VSR to integrate. Please help... Thanks

what are you having trouble with? Msg lights not coming on, Main greeting not playing. Can you get the vm to respond when calling the pilot extension? Do you have all the proper integration codes dialed in?

We were able to finally integrate. It does take about 10 seconds to disconnect. Any thoughts?

Disconnect as in a user checking a vmail internally or an outside caller on a trunk?
