All, I'm new to the SX200 ICP and need some guidance. I'm not alien to Mitel as I'm certified on the 3300 ICP. However, not yet on the 200. Fortunately for me, a problem with a 200 decided to present itself to me. Anyway, how do you manipulate or control COR in a 200? In CDE, there's a form 20=ARS: COR Group Definition. In that form you can only add/remove COR Group members to a COR group. But you can't define the COR. Is there a form where you can define or manipulate what your CORs???

COR is handled the same way in the 200 as the 3300. Stations etal have cor value, groups contain those that can't do it and routes have cor group values

I was having issues with 911 and 9911 not making it out of the system. I wondered if COR was the culprit and began researching if the settings were set to default or if they could be manipulated. After experimenting, I realized it wasn't the culprit. Simple arithmetic in the ARS Mod Digit Table was the issue. Hence, I got 911 and 9911 to work.
COR is still a bit fuzzy to me, meaning, I understand COR and what it's for but still fuzzy on programming it.

COR groups define access. So, if you want to exclude some users from using services (trunks) but you want to allow them to use the same access code (e.g. 9) and yet have them have their own access, the COR is the way to "define" that. As an example, if everyone in a facility knows to dial 9 for an outside line, and you have multiple outside line groups, you can set up the COR by groups to allow one group to dial 9 and access only a certain trunk group and exclude them from accessing another.
In the Mitel, you should know the 911 dialing paths are defined in the ARS digit strings. Define the digits and associate that with a path (either a trunk route or route list, etc.)

Thanks. That's exactly what I planned and implemented. What tripped me up in ARS was that I was inserting one too many digits. after I realized this mistake, it worked like a charm.
