That's some "spark." I saw one similar to this in a welding shop, years ago, when an employee took an actylene torch to a B block because the phone kept ringing and it was annoying him. It looked almost exactly like this block.

I found it hard to believe myself. I don't think it was done intentionally though.
This terminal had the metal cover on it and was covered with fireproof fiberglass cloth that somehow got removed. Still a stupid place to put a terminal. I replaced it to get things working and recommended moving it.
