I have a user who is never in the office nor checks the VM's on the system remotely. I have since setup Off-Premise call forwarding on their extension but the end user keeps telling me that if they receive a call from a person who dials their extension from an outside caller it will beep twice and then disconnect the call at 2 minutes. I have tested this but I cannot recreate the issue. Any ideas?
Mine are the iPhone is the problem and is dropping the calls.
