i have a cs200 and customer wants unified messaging. what are the cards and or licences i would need to get for this to happen? will have about 50 phones total but they would all not need unified messaging if it is licensed per seat.

You'll need an ASC card with mobile messaging license. It's not true unified messaging, it just sends a copy of the voicemail to your email. When you check the email with the wav file, it doesn't delete it from your phone and vice-versa. It's one license for system wide use.

Make sure you have the latest software in the system. You will also need WinSCP on the computer with which you are programming the system as you will need to activate the software for Unified Messaging.
