I have a Konftel 300 with a Ip900 via SLT.
I can not get a conf call to work on it.
I can call the first party and hit flash twice, get return dial tone and call the second party. They answer. I press flash again and it drops the second party and goes back to the first one
f151 is set to .5 and the konftel is set to 500ms.

ARG!

Either one.
Most likely would be one external and two internal parties

There was a similar thread regarding a Polycom and the flash hook timing.

The ESI likes 800 to 1500 ms. Start at 800 ms and leave the Konftel at 500 ms, and adjust up from there. There will be a "sweet spot" that works.

I have been online with support on this one.

I have tried with the K300 at 500ms and the ESI starting from .2 all the way to 2.0
Support had me change the k300 to 300ms and the esi to .6 and then to 1.5

Still is not working. I have had this working with the older systems but the first one with IP900.

No matter what I do it drops the second call every time

Take a single line telephone, no frills, and connect it to the ESI. Place a call and then flash hook for a conference. Does it work?

If it does, the problem is with the Konftel. If it doesn't, the problem is with the ESI.

Just change the ESI hook flash timing to 900 ms.

I have a 56S sitting on the bench and I hooked up a SLT to it and was able to conference four parties. The 56S is a problematic KSU and I would expect the Comm Servers and the IP900 to be more stable.

One other thought, have you tried another single line port on the ESI?
