Does anyone know is it possible to call forward a dept say 280 to ring a cell phone? I have a customer for the holidays wants to forward the office to there cell phone on a cs200.

No I don't think so. You could temporarily set night mode to go to an outdial branch to their cell phone. He'll just put the system in night.

You sure can. Set the CF Day and Night in the Department to an outdial. We do it all the time.
