Have a 24 button phone programmed with DSS/blf keys for the other extensions, one of the keys(for extension 103) is flashing. press the key and it rings extension 103 and when answered key is solid, hang up and it is back to flashing? did the cancel DND code anyways but still no change
cleared the button programmed as 103 and then reprogrammed it as 103....flashes still
any ideas?

I can find no option other than DND and Unconditional Call forwarding that causes the dss key to flash constantly. Maybe a reset is called for here.
