im trying to figure out how to do laptop admin with the summit ksu. when i got to the log on box after about 30 seconds it says web page load fail even if i dont enter in user or password. does anyone know what im doing wrong. thanks dave

What browser are you using? It has to be Chrome, Firefox or explorer 11. I use Chrome.

i believe its explorer 11. its a new toshiba laptop with windows 8

found the problem. it was entering the wrong ip address but if i go to google crome and type the address into the brouser it comes up and i can connect.
