I am sure that over the years, I have set this up before on an XTS, but for some weird reason, I can not get the Viking Call Box to hang up successfully on SLIBE. The call box light goes out, but just open silence when monitoring the port. I have to unplug the callbox to clear the line.
The call box works fine on an POTS so the box itself is good. I am going to try swapping out the SLIBE and see if it is the card, but checking if anyone has had a similar issue or recommendation. May adjust the hook flash timer/bounce timer to see if maybe the system is not getting what it needs from the call box.

I suggest you check out the extension with a test set before you go thru all the trouble of swapping out a card. I suspect you need to program the silence timer for the E-35 or one of the other disconnect options resident in the E-35. Call boxes don't bounce the "handset" unless someone hits a button really quick and that is unlikely to happen fast enough to put the analog extension on hold.
