I have a sx200 with a super console 1000 when they get a new call when on the console it only rings once. I have new call tone enabled in cos and multiple new call tone. I must be missing something. Please help.

No, it's working the way it is supposed to. Why would you want a continuous ring when you're already on a call?
Try some of the overflow commands for external bells.

Well i have another property with a lw18 and while on a call it continues to ring but I can not match it thought I was missing something.

I would change the site with LW18 to what you have at the current site, if you want a reminder every few seconds rather than an annoying continuous beeping change cos option 404 of the console to the desired single ring burst.

Panda 404 matches at both sites. Lw19 is newer than lw18 and it is working on 18.

you want option 125 not 106 in the cos of the console, is that what you have when you go into the pbx and check?

Set the "Recording Failure To Hang Up Timer" in COS of console.

I have both on in both systems. If 106 is off it does not ring at all. 404 matches in both systems.

I just tried it on my lab switch and I have 106 and 125 enabled and option 404 set to 5 seconds all in the cos of the console and when the console is on one call the second call rings every 5 seconds

Wow yes I did this for 404 and it works. Now I wonder how it is working in my other one cause it is set for 30 seconds. but rings continuously.
