first off I would hope you have changed all the default passcodes including the ones on the mail system, also the tech one, as far as your issue check what tenant the voicemail ports are programmed to and then go into form 19 for that tenant and see where the station dial 0 routing is programmed to, did you check form 34 for the printing issue?

there are a few areas for SMDR printing but since you asked about from 34 I will try and explain, if you are using the printer port you would see in the column "EXT NUM" Printer Port, then in the "PRINTOUT" column you would see SMDR the the next column would be Autoprint and then Guranteed column NO. This is just an example of what might be there What do you have in form 34? What is the printer port connected to?
you also need in form 16 you would have to have yes to SMDR
