System is CICS with 7.0. No Call Pilot. Lines are POTS.
For those times when there is only one person in the office and they are on the phone, the customer wants any additional calls to be sent to an external phone number.
Call Forward NA only forwards to an internal number. Line Redirection works, but forwards the incoming call immediately. They would like a 4 ring delay so they have a chance to answer. After 4 rings it should go to the external number.
Any other way to do this?
Thank you. Jim

Extension with ringing lines on it. First turn on Allow Redirect under that extension. Next remove Dial 9 to get Line Pool. (leave lines in line pool) Remove External Code. (usually also set to 9) Set up routing service for dial 9 to use line pool A (or what you have programmed for lines). Set up FNA after 4 rings to dial 9+number. Number includes 1 and area code if needed. Of course you need software version 4.1 or higher.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

That worked great. Thanks NTlayoff.
All these years and I've never used the routing service.
Thanks again. Jim
