I have a vodavi 3501-00 STSe KSU with 8 stations and flash voicemail. I wanted to extend the KSU to handle up to three more stations. Is there a 4 station expansion card or would I have to expand to 8? What would that part number be? Would the existing flash voicemail card work for more than the 8 existing stations with voicemail or would I need another voicemail card too?
I have the manual and have managed the KSU for eight years, sometimes with your great help. What section of the manual should I follow to add the expansion card, configure the new station, and get the voicemail linked to the station.
Thank you, Aaron

The digital station card is only available in 8 stations. The part number is 3532-00. Granted, there is a four-port analog station card available, part number 3533-03, but they will likely be more expensive.
Yes, the voice mail card will support the added stations without issues.
Flash 24 is where you add the card and the first slot you'll be able to use for this card is slot 03. Most other items will be there by default once you successfully add the station card to the system.

Thanks EV607797 for the information.
After physically installing the 8 station card, I read how to program the card slot with flash 24. If I then punch down two new stations, does the voicemail automatically recognize the new stations or do I need to configure the voicemail?

By default the voice mail should recognize the new phones. It is possible it will not if admin changes have been made.
