I have Vodavi STSE using the flash voicemail card with software version 20052. I have the 20053 version (v705176a.bnm). The upgrade instructions say to use ECOM. Can I use Teraterm which is what works when downloading, uploading and doing software updates on the STSE KSU? Also, will the auto-attendant and station greetings be safe from deletion during the upgrade? I do have them written down in case the voicemail card ever fails since you cannot backup the recordings.

you should be good with any terminal type program.

As for the Greetings you will definitely loos the station greetings.
Your Auto Attendant greetings should remain but I have had to record them again in the past.
