Anyone have an idea why only one area code wouldn't work when dialing from an inter-tel phone? It's not isolated to a certain phone, I can call other long distance area codes no problem. I checked the class of service under numbering plan and didn't see any dialing patterns that would deny this string. Anyone have any other ideas why the phone system would be blocking this number string? I've verified that this is an active and working number. Just can't reach it from my inter-tel phone. Any help would be appreciated!

Let’s start with the basics…
What type of service do you have – POTS, T1, PRI?
Are you using ARS or have multiple trunk groups for outgoing traffic?
There’s also a good chance that this has nothing to do with the phone system, and is a carrier issue.
