Has anyone had any luck installing the Attendant Console, Ver 3.003 on a Windows 7 machine. The software installs without any issues and the dongle seems to install correctly, but the attendant software does not seem to recognize it and runs in demo mode. Any ideas?

1. Go into Device Manger - View - Show Hidden Devices. 2. Un-install the hardlock and HASP Fridge drivers in the list of Non-Plug and Play Drivers. 3. Exit all programs, reboot the computer and login with an account that has admin rights. 4. Download and run the install for the Sentinel HASP 5.86 (or later) sentinel driver again. https://www3.safenet-inc.com/support/hasp/enduser.aspx#latestDD You should be all set. If not, you will have to contact your vendor who can then contact Mitel.

I ended up installing version 3.202 of the attendant console and it took care of my problems.

Can anyone tell me where I can find version 3.202? I'm having the same issue with Windows 7 but I was trying version 3.002. Thanks, Sherri
