Recently (in the last week or so) our voice mail seems to be stuck in a loop. Clients calling in on Night mode will dial an extension be sent to voice mail, then kicked back to the night greeting. Alternatively, in day mode, we can transfer a caller to an extension it will ring, voicemail will pick up and will play the message, then will kick the caller back to the day greeting.
We are working with Inter-Tel part #550-4200 and Axxcess by Inter-Tel phones part # 550-4500
I am new to this system, so it was probably something I did, or didn't do. Can you help? Please!
