Hi, working on a Legend 7.0 v 10.09 that has recently been moved into another building. Current problem is when the main line is dialed, the operator phone rings once, and then the call goes directly to the backup operator. This doesn't even give the operator a chance to answer the phone and occupies the backup operator with all of the incoming calls.

I don't have any SPM software to upgrade or use, so any assitance should relate to using the main phone for programming.

Thank you for your time and assitance,
day

The backup operator's phone is a digital cordless Lucent 905. Doesn't have any buttons, that I can tell that could be a cover button.

Thanks for your time.
