is there any way to reset these cards back to factory settings? this is a previously used system and now we are in need of this system.

Yes there is, there maybe a small charge.

True, it's not that big of a deal but you would need to know the master code to default it and it won't be posted due to security risks. If you have it set up someone can dial in and default it for you. I believe Avaya will do it for about 150, we do it for about a 3rd of that or you can wait around and perhaps you will find a tech who will help you out for free.

If you can log into it you could always just go through it and delete the box's and greetings, the pc isn't that big so it wouldn't take you that long, also I would think that the place you got it from should have defaulted it for you.

i understand! maybe i just need to learn a little more about how those little things work! i don't think its worth messing with, since you can by a small two line phone system for 150 bucks with almost the same features. i will just have to check with these guys and see what they want. i really appreciate the reply and thanks.
