I have this EU24 that will not come up it has power you can see it but no display or function. I have rebooted the system, un pluged the power, buttons start at 25. I have another that came right up when i programed the buttons from user rights but this one will not. Is it broken or something not right? I also made sure they are connected the same way. The only diff. is one has cat5 patch cord from the power suppy and the other has a cat3 the cat3 works.

What happens when you take the one that doesn't work and put in the place where the that does, leaving the connection cables the way they are.
Could the cat5 cable be a cross-over?

Are you SURE that there are buttons programmed on it? If the user has no buttons programmed for it......
It's happened before.
