Hi

Appreciate any help out there in setting up sip trunks from Eir (Irish Provider) just cannot get them to work on the SL2100.

I can get other sip providers to work on the SL2100 but not Eir. Eir is the probably one of the biggest ISP and telecom suppliers in Ireland.

Eir sip credentials that I have will work on the Panasonic NS and NCP systems so its not an eir issue.

The only difference on the Panasonic was to change the setting "Un-Register Ability when port INS" when I disable this on the Panasonic Eir SIP trunks worked.

At the moment I can see from the Wireshark trace the information is been sent to the ISP but is coming back "575 Status :401 Unauthorized"

Any suggestions where I can look

Michael

Well, first if they are that big they should get NEC certified. This is a two way street when you are dealing with SIP trunking because NOTHING is standard. That error is that you don't have creds, either password or telco number. This could be something as simple as a typo on one side or the other. I would verify that.
Hi again

After many late nights and some help from a colleague we are nearly there with the complete setup.

We are able to receive calls but cannot make calls outs.

When I go to access a line key it goes green but I get a broken dial tone on all 8 lines. Calls will come in on those lines no problem.

The issue with registration was in 84-39

An ideas before I spend another late night

Many thanks if you can redirect in me in some way
