I have connected SVMI20 onto a OS 7400 sys MP40 ver4.40=9/7/3 and LP ver1.23=9/6/25. I have configured it for Auto-attendant only.Only extensions and station groups have been created for Standard E-class with partial supervision.
When an incoming call is recieved by the AA, it is fapling to process any digit dialled thereafter to any extension destination,it will send you to the operator group which is the NO ACTION target. PLZ help me fix this. All trunks are set to DTMF dialling but nothing is happening.

Have you got ??? to extns in list or how large your extns are

What does the port activity show?

Port activity appears AS IF Keyset did not dil anything and goes straight to whatever I have assigned as NO ENTRY destination correctly.??? is there on the Target list. plz help

Seems you deleted something of the day menu
did you make a copy of the day service and rename it if you did could try that one or put system in night service and use that menu to try to dial extens and if that works look to see whats differnt and change menu acordlingly
