OS7030 VM after main greeting i need to ring directly to the desired ext or operator. at this moment it says TRANSFERING TO EXT 500, Customer does like that,

Eclass - remove blind xfer prompt, and probably target herald prompt as well

Blind xfer use if caller enter ext no.

if caller does not dial any digit (NO ENTRY) still prompt TRANSFERING TO EXT 500 coming???

look in herald target for extn 500 beleive its promt 739 ?

try using the Dial option. you can set a prompt before it transfers the call. this way you don't need to delete any prompts.

Record a name in mailbox 500: 'Operator" or "A Representative"

leave the ??? search EXT/MBX ??? in the INPUT TARGET options
