I have a customer with a one cabinet 200Elx with a PRI card. The system just started intermittently not displaying the orbital park id and just put the call on a soft system hold and the customer had no way to get the call back except wait for it to recall. Then the system will normally display the park id number if parked. There is no rhyme or reason as to when it fails that I can find.

Any suggestions?
New hire at the customer (OR long timer shouldering more responsibility)? How many have actually PERSONALLY had the problem?
The main operator, her back up and the IT guy have experienced the problem.
