Having intermittent problems: People leave messages in any mailbox and customer cant hear message. Also , some times calling party is leaving a message and Call Pilot recording comes on and basically that says caller is not talking loud enough. Both of these problems are fixed by un plugging call pilot and then plugging back in. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Sounds like software corruption to me.

CP is 100, not 150, sorry. Revision is 2.1. Main problem lately is caller cant hear greetings, also when I dial feature code to get into MB, cant hear anything, greetings etc.. Unplug CP, then plug it back in, everthing then works. Could it be power supply going bad. I had issue once with a Nam and plugging it into different UPS seemed to stop this type of problem, but I tried that with this also and it is not helping on this CP. Im wondering if I plug this into its own UPS, if it will help solve this issue.

First thing I'd do is change the power supply. Go from there.
