Its a standalone. About 30 phones, 15 users. There's about 8 incoming lines in 1 hunt group. One day greeting, one night greeting + holiday messages.
It seems pretty simple. Of course everything seems simple until you're neck deep.

The other companies I call - the sales guys offer hourly rates, but talking to the techs, they admit they don't know the system (its too old). I don't think the client want's to pay to train a vendors tech on their system. I know I wouldn't want to.
If someone knows someone local to TX or to the DFW area (or you know someone who knows might know someone), I'd be in your debt.
