I have a customer that has a magix and a 3rd party voice mail,DOS based. The existing VM is about dead and they want to replace it. I could get an intergrated one but they want one that has voice recognition so instead of "press one for Mary" you just say "Mary" and it connects you. Any recommendations.

Octel 50 will do the job.

I just looked over the octel info, didn't see anything about voice recognition. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place

Check in with Duvoice. Its pretty feature rich and seems to intergrate well with Legend
