If you have such a range you don't care about numbering plan if your exts have a numbers 100, 200, 300 up to 123, 223, 323. In your Incoming routing you are doing entry 0 with 4 digits to expect, 2 digits to delete and insert 1, 2 or 3. One entry will take care of intire DID range.
