And the last resort, which I believe WT has done more than once, I know I have. Record entire program on paper, initialize and MANUALLY reprogram. I say manually because if it is a glitch, it'll probably copy to backup and reload and you'll still have the problem! Not something I like to do, but 1/2 a day of reprogram is better than pieces of every day for 3 weeks, unhappy customer, and those last few hairs going away.
