Accessed the box via web browser and when I exited all the phones went down and were stuck in DHCP discovery mode. I called a tech at the company that contracted my company to do the work and he didn’t know why it happened and while the phones were in this state he couldn’t access the box via web browser even though the switch was showing a good link to the network. Had to reset the switch and the phones all came up OK and the tech was able to access the switch. He poked around a bit and when he exited, the same thing happened. We both used IE 6. Switch is on Ver3.1 Anyone know what may have caused this?
