Another thing that drives us nuts(this is just a preference thing) - the phones don't display any name at all. Is it possible to have the person's name, extension, or SOMETHING display on the phone? They do display when you call someone or get a call, but the phone just looks like it has something missing when its sitting idle.

Try the blue button. Follow the menu.

I put my name in under User Info under the blue button, and according to one of the phone manuals I have, I should set up a superkey and scroll through that until it says "Name" and set that up. I did that but there's no name option under there. I also just dug through the COS options this morning and couldn't find anything, other than turning on the "suppress redial display" so it doesn't show the last number I dialed.

(I have my own phone on a seperate cos for testing purposes)

They're in there too. Are these phones supposed to display a name on hook/at idle? All evidence so far is saying no.
