Did a quick search but couldn't find anything. Is there a setting for a hotline to receive a disconnect or fast busy or silence after the call to the console has completed? Our client had a single line phone in place and we swapped out for a Viking push button call box. The circuit rings the console, is answered, console hangs up, circuit stays active for 1-2 seconds then starts ringing the console again ad-nauseum. I've never seen a ringdown work this way including other Mitel models. I know I can use a dialer style Viking unit but....
