LH,
Wanted to but the customer didn't want to spend the money. This was the only other option I could give them.
Supposedly want to upgrade to an ICP in 4- 6 months going on close to 48 months now.
Customer had lines disconnected (had a T1 w/channel bank and now down to 8 lines) without calling me and now every time the system is rebooted 4 trunk cards send alarms and the just sit there and flash. Customer didn't even want me to go through the programming to fix the line issue because the owner didn't want to spend the money.
One of these days the unit is going to fail and then it will be an emergency, especially if the Dean card goes bad.
