just got a call from a national account customer to work on a onyx auto attendant. Does this system need a pc to program mailbox name and password or does it need just the book, need to change the name on the display. any tech help available.

To program a mailbox name you will need a laptop. To delete a security code depends on the model and version #, most cases you are able to delete a security code via the phone. To change a name on the phone also depends on the type of Onyx you are programming, the Onyx VS can be done via the phone but the Onyx III/IV will require a laptop.
