Hey Everyone, I have a customer with a Cinphony ACD (Norstar) that used to have a parallel printer attached to the NAM. They have removed the printer. Now OS/2 generates a printer error every 5 minutes or so. It isn't a service affecting problem, but is something of a nuisance. Does anyone recall how to remove a printer in OS/2?
