Unfortunately....

Without the HASP there is no way to prove that you are entitled to support (or that you ever "owned" the application), unless you can provide Cintech with a Product ID (and that Product ID is tied to your company name).

Some ACD software upgrades invloved getting a new HASP from Cintech. But, if your unit is not in their database, with you as the rightful owner, you are probably not "entitled" in their eyes, and will have to purchase the application out right.
