Far too often questions are asked here with missing information. These post usually begin with "Customer says blah blah blah is happening"

If you expect useful answers from the members of this forum, please provide all the information. There is a big difference between "one of nurse's phones" and "6 nurse phones".

What is the best way to obtain all the information? Most often that means going on site and investigating the complaint BEFORE you post a question. People here volunteer their time and Danny you just wasted ours.
