 Norstar voice mail is an external box. If there is only the KSU on the wall there is no voice mail. To know what kind of voice mail is compatible I would need to know the software version. You will find it printed on the pcmcia card plugged into the unit. Or better stil you can post the SP number which is found in the programing section maintenance > version. Partnering with a knowledgeable technician is the best idea.
