I have a customer with a cics. I setup a dial 9 in routing. Forwarded the ext. to the cell phone. I transfered an incoming csll to forwarded ext. The transfered call worked but when the call ended the 2 lines didn't hsngup. The lines were stuck in s busy state. I had to disable and enable the co card to fix. I set the lines to supervised in line cnfg. The lines were unavailable and i had to unsupervise them. Is the problem with CICS or AT&T? I done this on other CICS. The CICS is rel 6.1 with a call pilot.
