You didn't say what version software. If it is the newer software, there is a prompt that says AUTO TIME&DATE. It could be that your local provider does not have their time set properly. Everytime a call comes in the Caller ID info is also sent and resets your system time. Turn off your AUTO TIME. Or it could be something else.
