I don't think the Tvs is dialing out. this guys is very staunch business man (city councel, Rotary, etc...). If he were being hacked we'd hear about it the minute he got his phone bill. Yes the cables are new home runs. And we did change pairs and all the routine stuff in case of damaged cables. So if we need to start from scratch, what's the prceedure to default the system??
