 to the BB. The ringing is in the KSU, not the voice mail. Delayed ringing is a type of timer. This board is for the assistance of those items in the user's guide. Ringing is a non-user item on this system. Be careful making any changes. If you have difficulties, contact either one of the Panasonic MODs or anyone else who is willing to assist you off the board. There may be a charge for that assistance. Good luck.
